Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer's defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Registered Wholesale Buyers Only: You may return any item to our store location for an exchange with an item of equal or lesser value as long as the item is still on our current inventory list. Items that has been discontinued can still be exchanged but are subject to a 20% return loss on the product value. Items that are greater then 2 years are not returnable.
Merchandise that has been used, damaged other then from shipping or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Other payment arrangements may be available to qualified buyers contact our office for more information at 717-342-2499.
All orders are usually shipped within 10-14 business days (Hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm).
We use UPS Freight and UPS as our primary carriers.
